TWO PERSON BASIC FORM: Fast way to learning blocks, punching kicks, and movement

This is a great form for learning the basic movements, blocks, kicks and strikes. The form that is shown here can be changed to allow for 5 steps instead of 3, plus different strikes and kicks can be used. Both sides of the form can be used in sole practice. This form is a good practice form for all levels of training and is often used in warm-ups.
