BLOCKING DRILL: Improves speed & hardens arms:

The blocking drill should be done soft and slow until both partners are conditioned; then increase speed and power. The blocks can make direct contact or with a "pushing" motion to slide with the attacking arm. This pushing motion will soften the impact of the block on your arm, plus it will be used in advanced pressure point attacks.
